Shipping Policy

Suroor dispatches all orders with care after quality checks and secure packaging.

Orders within India are typically dispatched within 1–3 business days. Delivery timelines may vary based on location, courier partner, or external factors beyond our control.

Once an order is dispatched, responsibility transfers to the courier partner. Shipping delays, address errors, or failed delivery attempts do not qualify for cancellations, returns, or refunds.

International shipping will be introduced at a later stage. When applicable, customers will be responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or regulatory requirements.
