By accessing or purchasing from Suroor, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. These terms apply to all users of the website and all purchases made through it.

Suroor offers premium, natural agarwood and oudh products curated for informed clients. All products are handpicked, categorised, and quality-checked prior to dispatch. Due to the rare and natural nature of these products, all sales are final. Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded under any circumstances, except for replacement in the event of an incorrect item being delivered, subject to our stated policy.

Product descriptions, imagery, and information are provided for reference. Natural variations in aroma, colour, resin content, or appearance are inherent and do not constitute defects or grounds for dispute.

Orders are fulfilled within India and, when applicable, internationally. Delivery timelines may vary due to logistics or external factors beyond our control. Suroor is not liable for delays caused by courier partners, customs, or force majeure events.

All intellectual property, including branding, content, and imagery, remains the exclusive property of Suroor and may not be used without prior written consent.

Customer support is provided exclusively via WhatsApp at +91 7016072821 and strictly in accordance with Suroor’s policies. No alternate modes of communication are supported.

Suroor reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
